Lady Gaga is now a mother, according to multiple reports.
People and Page Six confirmed that the 40-year-old singer and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, have welcomed their first child together.
No other details have been shared.

The Grammy Award-winning singer spoke to the New York Times in March 2025 about her desire to be a mother, saying she is “excited to be a mom” although she “used to have a lot of apprehension about it.”

“I’m also kind of at war with myself sometimes as I get ready to, hopefully, become a mom soon,” she said. “Like, today is wonderful, but the whole day has revolved around me. There’s an incredible amount of narcissism in this. How do I live a life where I’m passionate about my art while also making more space for other things?”
One of her main concerns about motherhood, she shared, was “to not force my children to live a life that they are not choosing,” and to “give them space to discover who they are on their own.”
She also previously spoke about her excitement about having children during a March 2020 interview with InStyle.
“Isn’t it incredible what we can do? We can hold a human inside and grow it,” she said. “Then it comes out, and it’s our job to keep it alive.”
Gaga and Polansky met in late 2019, and were first romantically linked when they were spotted kissing that New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas. The singer hard-launched their relationship by going Instagram official in February 2020, posting a yacht photo sitting in Polansky’s lap, captioning the post, “We had so much fun in Miami.”
The singer confirmed the two were engaged in July 2024, sharing that Polansky had proposed earlier that year, in April. They later made their red carpet debut at the “Joker: Folie à Deux” premiere at the Venice Film Festival in September 2024.
“The missing piece in my life was having real love,” she told Vogue in September 2024.
Gaga recently wrapped up her Mayhem Ball tour in April, and her last public appearance was at the Grove in May for the premiere of “Apple Music Live: Lady Gaga MAYHEM Requiem.”
