I’ve found this extremely valuable when shooting in positions where the barrier, rock, table, etc. is shallow and I can simply put the bipods in a reverse 45 degree position in order to fit the rifle onto the barrier.

If you need to raise your bipods, the spring assisted legs give you around 2.5” of adjustment.
