Model 110 RF – The Legacy Continues in .22LR

There are few firearms as storied as the Savage 110. Designed in 1956, it has been the go-to rifle in various configurations for hundreds of thousands of shooters. Today, Savage has expanded its heritage Model 110 series to include 22LR offerings. The new 110 RF marks a significant advancement in rimfire rifle accuracy.

Model 110 RF – Three New Models

The Model 110 RF models are built on the proven Model 110 action, ensuring reliability and precision. These full-size platforms are designed to be Savage’s most accurate rimfire rifles to date.

A standout feature of the Model 110 RF is its compatibility with stocks and accessories designed for the Savage Model 110 short-action rifle, providing users with extensive customization options. The bolt incorporates the same headspace control as the traditional Model 110, enhancing safety and performance. Additionally, a newly designed reversible front baffle allows users to adjust the bolt throw length in under 30 seconds, offering configurations for both traditional short action and shortened 22LR lengths.

This adaptability makes the Model 110 RF ideal for various applications, from competitive shooting to training purposes. The rifle’s design ensures a seamless transition for those familiar with the Model 110 platform, while introducing enhancements tailored for the 22LR cartridge.

The Model 110 RF models are designed to operate as similarly to a centerfire rifle as possible, featuring a front locking bolt head to produce the highest level of accuracy possible. The new rifles come with threaded, precision buttoned rifled barrels with a custom 22LR match chamber, further ensuring down-range performance.

All Model 110 RF models come equipped with a 20 MOA Picatinny rail to mount optics. The bolt features a standard 5/16” x 24 threaded bolt handle, compatible with aftermarket bolt knobs. True to the Model 110, these models come standard with the AccuTrigger that has set Savage apart for years.

Finally, perfect feeding is ensured with the L3i Elite 10-round AICS-style magazine. This magazine features an adjustable latch that lets users fine-tune how it sits to eliminate tilt-induced feeding malfunctions.
