First Look: Dead Air Silencers Mojave 45 Suppressor

Dead Air Silencers is expanding the company’s .45 ACP suppressor lineup with the release of the all-new Mojave 45 modular suppressor.
The Mojave 45 is built around Dead Air’s patent-pending Triskelion gas-management System. This system employs additive manufacturing to achieve the advanced baffle configuration and delivers a stronger, lighter suppressor that is optimally tuned for enhanced sound reduction at the muzzle and at the ear. Backpressure and felt recoil are reduced compared to traditional baffle designs, ensuring a cleaner shooting experience with less wear on your firearm. The lighter overall weight combines with a rearward weight bias for enhanced balance and creates a suppressor that has a softer, more pleasing sound and tone and also is more natural in the hand, promoting accuracy and reducing fatigue.
Compatible with multiple calibers and platforms and suitable for use on tilt and fixed barrels across select full-auto and semi-auto systems, the Mojave 45, like its Mojave 9 predecessor, presents a modular design. Adding or removing the front module allows the user to prioritize size/weight and sound reduction for changing needs and applications. These changes can be made quickly in the field without tools and is compatible with Dead Air’s P-series adapters.
