First Look: Davidsons Beretta 92XI Speed Series
Davidson’s has teamed up with Beretta to bring two new Beretta 92XI single-action-only variants to market in the 92XI Race Line, the “Gara” and “Corsa” models.
The “Corsa” and the “Gara” both showcase the precision and reliability of the 92XI race line, featuring an X-treme S DLC-coated trigger, fiber-optic front sights and a Toni System single-port compensator and flared magazine well. These pistols are built for competition and inspired by the performance of iconic high-end Italian race cars. In Italian, “Corsa” translates to “race’ in English and “Gara” translates to “Competition”.
The new Beretta 92XI Race Line pistols are built with the Beretta 92’s legendary locking-block action and on the thinner Beretta Vertec frame. Parts of what sets them apart are the LOK Grip G10 grip panels with marbled or red accents. Being ready for competition, these guns include a factory mounted Toni System compensator and Toni System magazine extensions.
“We are thrilled to partner with Davidson’s as the exclusive distributor, ensuring these innovative pistols reach discerning customers nationwide,” said Logan Killam, Beretta senior product manager. “The new 92XI Gara and Corsa pistols mark an exciting evolution in Beretta’s renowned 90 series. These models are the first to feature a factory-mounted compensator, enhancing both performance and precision. With newly designed grips that blend aesthetics and functionality, the 92XI Gara and Crosa set a new standard for shooting sports enthusiasts.”
“Davidson’s is proud and excited to partner with Beretta on these incredible exclusive pistols”, said Ron Dan, director of purchasing for Davidson’s. “We believe these pistols are the perfect blend of performance, innovation, and elegance. Beretta has a long history of producing some of the finest firearms in the world, and customers should look forward to seeing many more great Davidson’s exclusive projects in the future.”
