Crippling Low Kicks That Can End a Fight Fast

If you want to end a fight fast, you don’t have to go for high kicks. Flashy head kicks get all the attention, but skilled fighters know that powerful low kicks can stop an opponent before they can even react. Hitting the lower body throws off balance, limits movement, and can break someone’s spirit, making these strikes very effective when used well. Here are three of the most brutal low kicks, plus one that’s more painful than practical.

Crippling Low Kicks

The front stomp kick to the kneecap relies on good timing. If you land it as your opponent steps forward, a strong stomp to the front of the knee causes instant pain and can make their leg give out. Even if it doesn’t injure them, the shock can stop them in their tracks and make it hard for them to keep fighting.

Groin Kick

This is one of those crippling kicks that is famous for a reason. Even in professional fights, an accidental hit can stop everything for minutes. A direct kick to this area causes instant pain, making it one of the quickest ways to stop an attacker and give yourself a chance to get away.

Roundhouse Kick

A strong roundhouse kick to the outside of the thigh hits the quadriceps and the nerves in the leg. Anyone who’s taken a good leg kick knows the feeling: your leg just stops working. A few hard kicks can take away an opponent’s ability to move, and one well-timed kick can leave them limping long after the fight.

The Final Move

Then there’s the infamous “Booty Hole Death Kick.” It’s both funny and cruel. Whether it’s an accident or on purpose, a kick to the backside is sure to ruin the mood, if not the fight. No one walks away from that with their dignity.

The best fight is always the one you don’t have. Only use force if you really have to, and only to protect yourself or someone else.
