Big Black Barrel: Enhanced Performance for Raiders

The Flux Defense Raider 365 has been an exceptionally popular weapon. It is an ultra-compact Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) chassis system designed for the Sig Sauer P365, turning the handgun into a stocked, carbine-like platform. It features an auto-deploying side-folding brace/stock, a spare magazine caddy, and utilizes P365 internals, accepting 17-round or larger magazines. What had gradually been decided was that the barrel on this unique platform needed to be a little stronger. Like clockwork, Flux Defense went to work and is now offering the Big Black Barrel.

Big Black Barrel – Now Stronger

Flux Defense today announced the Big Black Barrel, a 6″ replacement barrel engineered specifically for the Raider 365 to deliver maximum ballistic performance while preserving the platform’s compact size and function.

4150 CMV Strength and Exclusivity

Built from 4150 CMV steel and precision heat-treated, the Big Black Barrel offers superior tensile strength, toughness, wear resistance, and fatigue life compared with typical pistol-barrel steels. Combined with a Black Nitride finish, it delivers improved longevity, reduced friction, and consistent ballistic performance. Flux Defense is the only manufacturer producing a 4150 CMV replacement barrel specifically engineered for the Sig P365/Raider 365 platform.
