The U.S. Strikes 3 MORE Boats Killing 8

The U.S. Strikes 3 MORE Boats Killing 8

The United States is on a path of war crimes. The ruling class ordered strikes on three more boats in the Pacific, accused of “narco terrorism”, and the war department has followed the orders, killing eight people.

The U.S. military admitted that it attacked the three boats accused of smuggling drugs in the eastern Pacific Ocean on Monday. As war crimes stack up, the inability of people to stand up and do the right thing continues to be limited.

The ruling class, under the control of Donald Trump, continues to claim these war crime activities are “necessary” to stop the flow of drugs into the U.S.

According to a report by The Guardian, the Trump administration is facing increasing scrutiny from lawmakers over the boat strike campaign, which has killed at least 95 people in 25 known strikes since early September, including a follow-up strike that killed two survivors clinging to the wreckage of a boat after the first hit.

The campaign against civilian boats (that the U.S. ruling class insists have ties to the Venezuelan government, without evidence) has ramped up pressure on Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, who has been charged with narcoterrorism in the U.S.

The U.S. has been desperately attempting to link the two issues (drug trafficking and the Maduro regime), accusing Maduro of leading the alleged ‘Cartel of the Suns,’ which it declared a ‘narco-terrorist’ organization last month, and offering a $50 million reward for information leading to his capture.

In a sharp escalation last week, US forces seized a sanctioned oil tanker that the Trump administration has accused of smuggling illicit crude.

The US military has built up its largest presence in the region in decades, prompting fears of a hot war. Trump also threatened to “soon” start a bombing campaign on Venezuelan soil, taking the battle from sea to land.
