First Shots: Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2

The Beretta 1301 had set the standard for tactical shotguns, and now Beretta is introducing the next evolution of that trusted platform, the Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2. With a legacy built on precision engineering and relentless innovation, the Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2 is the natural successor to the original 1301 and boasts an upgraded fore-end with aggressive knurling that ensures a firm grip. There are three sections of M-Lok slots for ease of attachments, as well as QD mounts for attaching a sling. A new semi-flat, tactical-style trigger offers a crisp break with minimal reset while the new Pro-Lifter allows for effortless and speedy reloading. The power of the B-LINK gas-system combined with the precision of the rotating bolt ensures you fast, reliable and smart cycling. The 1301 delivers the performance you need, no matter if you’re a professional operator, dedicated competitor or a home defender. The 1301 Mod.2 is available in Black, FDE, OD Green or Gray and has a generous seven-round capacity. The shotgun comes in two stock styles, one with and one without a pistol grip.
